Hey NO MK goes in the garbage girl! Send the loose powder back as a product return!!
Do Satin Hands on people (without hand cream) before applying any foundation. Otherwise it makes even the 20-something's look old and crepe-y. wink That's how we learned to do bathroom hand-cials at the office: one side TimeWise'd and other hand not, then apply foundation to both backs of hands and VOILA! they bought the TW! smile kmh

I agree that my hands are dry this time of year, but it told me 2 things:

1. DO NOT demonstrate on someone's hand - it's got to be done on the face (b/c based on doing it on my hand, I would never buy it) and

2. Clients with very dry skin may not like this product.

lol--anon, I thought it looked crepey on my hand, too, but my hands are very dry this time of year. I can't wait to get it on my face! :P

My director has hers and was showing them to me yesterday. I tried it on the back of my hand and frankly, I thought it made the area she brushed it into look crepey (not creepy, but crepe-like). Tonight we're all going to try them on our face. It should be interesting.

That said, she's been using them for 4-5 days now and said that what she learned is that despite what MKC says about Ivory 1 = Ivory 100, 104, and 105, etc., my director normally wears Beige 304, but found Beige 1 and Ivory 2 to be too dark. So she's wearing Ivory 1. When I saw her yesterday, she had on Ivory 2 (b/c she wanted me to see it) and it was way too dark.

I was able to try the mineral powder on the back of my hand last night at my meeting. I couldn't really form an opinion based on that. Needless to say, I am eagerly awaiting December 10, so I can order my own! :D

Ok, mine came in and I COULD NOT WAIT TO TRY THEM... so I tried it on top of my foundation... which may be how I use it... because I have some pretty serious discoloration and have a hard time believing that a powder can make me perfect... well... er... MORE perfect!

Dusted on great, gives me a perfect airbrush matte finish and I love it WAY MO BETTA than our loose powder... my loose powder is going in the garbage.... yes it is an MK one.

I used a concealer brush to dust on under my eyes and WOW! Even BETTER than the highlighting pen! Seriously.

Ok, I am in love. I will keep you posted on how it goes without a foundation first... might be day after tomorrow though. :) Got things to do first thing in the am tomorrow... don't want to experiment when I gotta get out early. :D
