I thought this article from Inc. was interesting, it asks some great questions to ask “underachievers” – now since we work for ourselves, only we know if we are performing to the best of our abilities, great questions to review – wherever you are in your business.

This was a pretty good article. It takes self motivation to get most of the jobs done in sales but I DO think in Corporate America some of the powers that be are still stupid. From what I have seen its the mid level companies that have
20-60 employees who seem to get it. They are from humble beginnings and believe it or not they
are successful and dont want to get any bigger because they want to live good and listen to their people.
MK is a huge company now and its imperative that we have good consultants and directors out there to take them into the future.
