Thanks, I really liked this article. While there are some parts I wouldn’t really apply to my business, there’s a lot of truth in there. Many times we are so excited about just having anyone on our team, that we’ll work to convince them to join our business. We don’t need to convince anyone…if someone sees the opportunity for themselves they’re more likely to work towards success! (Listen to Julie Danskin and GMBs CD’s if you never have!)
My time is valuable, and while I don’t think anyone is a “waste of time” (everyone deserves a chance if they want it) its just smarter to recruit people that I don’t have to drag with me to the finish. I need partners that’ll run with me!

I liked this article. In a former life, I used to teach Personality training for various groups. I think it does really help not only for placement in corporate but to help the individual blossom too. It’s a win win.

I have found this site much more agreeable than the negative sites I have visited and posted on long before, I came back to the real world instead of just whining and griping. Yes, I did, I am guilty of whining. 2 year long divorce, mother passed on, and now I have gone back to church, and am a bit more understanding.
I am ready to rock the MK world with the love a positive feelings that Mary Kay would wish for us all.
That being said, pynk, I love your site, and many of the posters here.
